Therapeutic Art Practitioner & Life Coach in NJ

Hi, I’m Madison!

Madison Solano Therapeutic Art Facilitator & Life Coach NJ

Helping women in caregiving roles find balance in their lives through mindful creativity & supportive life coaching.

Supporting caregivers on a journey of self-discovery, emotional resilience, & personal empowerment.

Being a caregiver comes with a large responsibility.

Balancing work, social time, and a wellness regimen can be overwhelming to navigate while having the duty of maintaining another person’s livelihood - especially through seasons of true exhaustion.

The sleepless nights, medication schedules, doctors appointments, providing transportation, cooking meals, hygiene care - the list goes on. And I haven’t even touched on the emotional toll this role takes.

It can be so easy to put your own wellbeing on hold due to the nature of your situation, but what if I told you it doesn’t have to be that way anymore?

You deserve the care you so easily give to who you care for.

Therapeutic art-based life coaching is a present & future focused modality to allow you to slow down & reflect on the changes you want to cultivate within your life. With a personalized approach, creative coaching holds the benefit of self-discovery & reclaiming who you are - even in the most difficult season of caregiving. A way for you to focus on your personal growth.

I believe that change truly begins from working within. My integrative coaching model allows for different modalities such as art-making, supportive discussion, and mindfulness techniques to foster understanding of your needs. By connecting to your mind, body, and authenticity - you will gain greater clarity & tools to tackle caregiving in a healthier manner.

FAQ

During my senior year of high school in 2018, my grandmother underwent a right leg amputation & my whole world flipped upside down. Becoming a primary caregiver at the age of 17 was the lesson of a lifetime. Sleepless nights, doctors appointments, & learning how to become an in-home “nurse” taught me the importance of caring for yourself in the midst of caring for someone you love.

Art became my escape. My first love. My everything to give back to myself and reset at the end of the day. When it came the time to select my college major, I immediately knew I wanted to blend my passions for helping others & creativity. This is when I discovered Therapeutic Art - my calling.

Fast forward to 2025, my grandmother underwent another amputation on her other leg - leaving her independence behind. Seven years later with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Therapy & Certifications in Life Coaching & Therapeutic Art Facilitation, my perspective has matured and my purpose is coming to fruition.

Navigating the emotions of being responsible for others’ well-being can be all-consuming. Whether you are caring for an elderly parent, a sick or disabled relative, or even your own children - I understand the roller coaster of burnout, disappointment, joy, gratitude, & loneliness, that comes with nurturing.

With my story being told, I am so eager to offer services that I have felt the benefit of so closely in my life. Having a strong support system to confide in, creative outlets, & grounding tools to enhance self-awareness are essential when in a caregiving role.

This is why I created Reflective Resilience, LLC - to provide women in these roles with a safe, holistic, & integrative space to find balance within their lives. Because caregivers need care too!

Thank you for being here & I am so beyond grateful to be a vessel for you to discover your RESILIENT reflection!
